Our proprietary method of curb and sidewalk installation is done by string less technology that allows for maximum efficiency and less man power. Hundreds of feet of curb can now be installed within a day with no setup time.

Working as a subcontractor on numerous commercial projects, we have learned and developed techniques and skills of many larger contractors. Our goal is to bring these advancements to medium/small size projects.

The JMK Story

Founded in 2002 as a Development and construction company only working on our own developments, moving toward 2008 we went through a restructure completely dropping the developments to focus on Contract work, Primarily commercial. Initially worked as a sub for POD Underground Electric and Telecom infrastructure, we have more recently expanded into all fields of work relating to Civil and site work and still primarily focus on Contract work for Developers and General contractors. More recently we started working as developers on a smaller scale doing single family developments and Multi-Family apartments.
