Superintendent

Experience required 4 years or more - create plan to accomplish set of task of a period of time on a jobsite - coordinate material deliveries - equipment moves - cost tracking - good with computers - Leadership qualities - Problem solve and coordinate with other contractors and or the General Contractor - Read and comprehend blueprints to direct foremans to proper task - retain the total site schedule - Must have field experience - Proficient with autocad, GPS , XCEL - Operating experience preferred - Work with the project manager - Manage foremans
